Brant Associates provided two expert reports on two Final Account Adjudications. The Adjudicator accepted Brant’s valuations without amendment in each adjudication. In response to the other side’s comments regarding the objectivity and therefore usefulness of our reports the Adjudicator replied;
“On balance, I have been happy with the apparent objectivity of the reports of Mr Brant. I also found the reports themselves to be of great assistance to me.”
Brant Associates successfully retained its membership of the Chartered Building Consultancy scheme from the Chartered Institute of Building. Brant Associates originally joined the scheme back in 2012, however the CIOB recently reviewed the Scheme and all CBC’s had to re-apply for their membership.
