Expert Witness Services
Brant Associates provides Expert Witnesses in the fields of Quantum and Forensic Delay Analysis.
Brant Associates are aware that the role of the Expert Witness is highly specialised. It requires comprehensive training and experience in the field of expertise. It is also beneficial to have a detailed knowledge of both the construction industry and the legal process. Brant Associates is able to provide personnel with these attributes.
Brant Associates’ personnel are able to combine the preparation of a detailed report with the ability to both present evidence and handle cross examination.
Role of the Expert
Brant Associates recognise that in recommending an Expert Witness to a Client, Instructing Solicitors are putting their reputation on the line.
We understand the duty to the Court or tribunal and the need for impartiality, staying within the boundaries of the area of expertise, as well as early advice to Instructing Solicitors of the strengths and weaknesses of claims being advanced or defended.
